A Toxin-Free take on LIFE. For the last few years, I have tried my best to live clean. But what is a clean life? This can mean many different things to many different people; for me, it means trying to pick the healthier options in everyday life both for my FAMILY and for MYSELF - from the foods we eat, the medications we take, the products we use, to the household cleaners I clean our HOME with. I feel the majority of society has absolutely no idea what they are using, taking, or eating, and are also unaware of healthier alternatives - just as I was before I started to educated myself. Our bodies are not designed to be in contact with so many unnatural and harmful chemicals; they can have such a negative impact on our health and are completely unnecessary. Take Care Of Your Body. It's The Only Place You Have To Live In!
The minute I found out I was pregnant I was on the hunt for the healthiest products! From a chemical-free mattress to chemical-free "DIAPERS", "WIPES", "CREAMS", "SOAPS"..... you name it! I am by no means a pro at clean living, but it is a lifestyle choice that I have chosen and I am constantly learning and educating myself on new products. I use my oils for basically EVERYTHING! From curing my husbands snoring to soothing Eden's sore teething gums and her teeny tiny tushie. They can be used for so many things, including sleepy time, headaches, cleaning, cooking, skin care, hormones, mood swings, digestive issues... you name it. When diffused, On Guard helps purify the air, and can be very energizing and uplifting - a major plus for us new moms, or old moms... or really any moms haha. Do Terra has a whole On Gaurd Line and I'm so in LOVE with it; with my little peanut now rolling around my house haha and so very close to crawling I didn't want any harmful cleaners in my house let alone on my floors. FRANKINCENSE Is My Second Favorite F Word...... my first is fashion ;) Frankincense is known as the king of essential oils, having a variety of notable uses and benefits. This powerful essential oil is revered for its ability to beautify and rejuvenate skin when applied topically... so ditch your chemical creams with ingredients that you can not pronounce haha. It helps to promote cellular health and immunity, and also produces a healthy inflammatory response when taken internally - among other benefits. It is high on my list of MUST-HAVES, along with "IMMORTELLE", which is an essential oil blend containing frankincense. Using immortelle has caused my dark sunspots to completely clear as well as help make my c-section scar a distant memory.
