Refund and Exchanges

With all sales, Lux Littles Boutique reserves the right to limit returns to the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 14 days, in new condition, unworn and undamaged.
- You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the product to Lux Littles Boutique.

- Once we have received the product, we will inspect all products to ensure that previous conditions are met; if they meet previous conditions, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
- In the event that some, or none of the conditions are not met; we encourage you to contact us and allow us to look at alternative solutions*.

*In the event that these conditions are not met; Lux Littles Boutique will use its best judgment for each situation. In the event that you, the customer, are aggressive, or use threatening or offensive language, Lux Littles will not refund your product nor will we continue any conversation with you.
